Creating physical products from drawings is what we do. We can engineer your concept and create the perfect end product.
Customer or site visits and many internal operations, including prototyping or product sampling, help us to achieve this.
Creating production drawings and computer programs for CNC machines completes the cycle.
In our company's long history, we have undertaken many projects that have been very successful.
You will see from our case studies that our solutions have varied from simple to in-depth ones.
From banks to shops, from hospitals to exhibitions. All of these sectors have benefited from our help and expertise
and our ability to create products envisaged by their designers, not only from an aesthetic point of view but from considerable labour-saving features at the point of installation.
We do all this and much more as part of our everyday work and never tire of it.
Our goal is to provide a product that gives complete satisfaction to all involved.

Contact PanelProWe were engaged by one of our customers who was involved in fitting pattresses to walls in public buildings. When fitted to the wall, most of the pattresses had coat hooks fixed afterwards. The work carried out by the joiner was screwing the pattress to the wall. Before the coat hangers were fitted, they needed to be painted. Patresses could either be painted on-site after fitting or supplied pre-painted. Both paint processes were expensive and less durable than the vinyl option, as when they were knocked, the paint chipped and flaked off, requiring more remedial paintwork.
Our solution was simple: to offer a machined vinyl pressed patress that was pre-drilled for fixing the wall and pilot holes for the hooks. This enabled the joiner to make one visit to fix the pattress and coat hooks. Although this is a very basic, simple solution, it saved a great deal of time and on-site work. The vinyl finish of the patress was far more durable and cheaper than that of a similar pre-painted one, and in high gloss finish form, it is also far easier to clean and more hygienic. A wood grain finish is also a possibility, which would not be possible without using an expensive real wood pattress.
A simple solution that saved time and money!
We are pleased to have been chosen to help make Jaguar Land Rover's Motor Show Exhibition Stands look more individual and attractive. From a design created by Imagination of London, we were able to engineer and manufacture modular zigzag wall and shoebox-style ceiling panels in a rustic golden oak finish. We pressed the panels, and then 'V' grooved and folded them into the required designed form to achieve this. Using this method, no unsightly joints could be seen, and continuity of the wood grain was maintained.
Each oak veneered zigzag panel was then assembled and mounted onto a fire-resistant MDF back panel to create a modular wall panel of 2.6 metres in height. Specially designed hanging brackets were manufactured and fitted to the back of the panels to ensure they could be quickly and safely fitted to a pre-erected skeleton lightweight frame. The stand was installed by our customer and site contractor, CDI. We create and manufacture many types of wall panelling, some of which have 3D designs machined into the panels to give the desired effect.

Creative watch and jewellery displays for leading watch brands and jewellery stores have been part of our manufacturing program for many years.
Our customers have appreciated our input into many watch and jewellery displays.
Display trays within jewellery shops have traditionally been wooden bases covered in vinyl fabric glued in place.
The fabric tends to come undone at the corners when placed in a shop window with all the lighting and generated heat.
Using our process, there are no corner joints to hide that fail after time, which is unsightly and must be replaced.
Our trays have proved to be better and, in many cases, cheaper.
We have made many different jewellery trays; in some, we have encapsulated invisible magnets into the MDF panel before pressing the vinyl to retain small display items on the tray. This served to retain ring or bracelet stands with a metal base to fix them in position firmly. This is especially important when the trays are taken in and out of the shop window. We have also engraved a logo or created a design detail to customise the display tray. We have made watch displays that look very effective when holding several watches by using multiple panels in a staircase format arranged horizontally and vertically. When assembled, this gave an attractive corporate display. It has also been possible to incorporate specific design details like LED lighting, further enhancing the products. We can incorporate many design features within our manufacturing processes to make your products look the part.
